I usually hate taking vitamin or any supplements because I am a lazy girl and always forget to take them. But I have not forgotten to grab this every morning since I got them. It is so easy to grab and go and you do not need water or anything. It is just like hard jello so it feels more like eating a snack + it has a strong pomegranate flavor- not too sweet not too sour which I really love. I have not felt any effectiveness in terms of collagen yet but also it has only been 2-3weeks. Will see how it goes as I continue taking them
